Plans for AX Day 0

It's approaching fast like a black person in a track race. Day 0 that is. I think I have everything ready for AX this year. I just have to finish packing and preparing myself for all the crazy anime fans that will start to stink up the convention by the end of day 1. I got my febreeze and I'm not afraid to spray a stanky bitch in the face then run. Bought some snacks and things to drink because you know a bitch be getting thirsty in July weather. Psh, might as well bring my water spray bottle I got from Ken and Oanh. Spritz myself all over in slow motion. It's going to be sexy and refreshing.

My Bday! Part 3 To the Trilogy!

I don't even know where to begin with this last and sexually charged last part to the Richard B-day Trilogy. Who can this little glow stick be? Non other than our staffer Cyril! Don't be fooled by his little stature and bite size Snicker body. Cyril can drink like no other. After about three shots he's passed out on the grass. You may want to put him into a pokeball, but don't since he would probably die from it. Where can you find him other than the Manga Lounge during AX? The dance of course! He will be the one that is glowing and doing the shuffle in the middle of the dance floor. Cyril, it's time to take us to Funkytown!

Mutant Powers - Dazzel, uses the power of sounds and converts it into a light. He can create a blast of light, holograms and a bad ass light show mostly for raves. Caution, he may cause seizures.

F(x) Hot Summer - K-Pop

I enjoy K-pop probably for the fact that I get to see Asian faces since there is still such a lack of it in American media. Is it just me or was there more Asian faces in television back in the 90's than there is now? It sure does feel that way. Almost like it's we are getting less exposure. So I turn my head and ears towards the east where I can satisfy my Yellow Fever.



Is it going to be Hot Summer for for the group F(x)? This 5 member girl group comes from the same SM Entertainment that brings you Girls' Generation, DBSK, Super Junior, Shinee and of course BoA. I can finally distinguish Korean faces from one another after lots of hard work watching videos on Youtube and Korean dramas. So let me introduce the memebers of F(x) in Richard fashion.

Speeding like the Asian driver I am back to Riverside to meet my friends at Allen's house. I try my best to make it back before midnight, before my bday is over. Before my car turns back into a pumpkin at midnight. Psh, I wish some crazy white lady popped out of nowhere to grant my sexy wishes. For Anime Expo she transforms into Summer Time Sarah. You can tell by the Daisy Dukes and sandals, but don't think she won't lay down the sexy pain while in flats. She's our resident Sheva from Resident Evil 5. From zombies to lame guys trying to get her number she puts them all into a crushing thigh lock of death. Can you handle this cup of Hot Cocoa? Caution! Maybe very Hot! Sip with care or you might just get burnt. Maybe you won't mind getting scalded by this.

I would like to introduce our resident brown man to everyone! Allen is his name and having large suspicious eyebrows is his game. Don't stare at the eyebrows for too long or they will hypnotize you. He enjoys one sided self pain inflicting love. You will be seeing him in the late shifts during the Lounge hours because small children fear him. So watch out exhibit hall when she comes in she's there for a mission. May it be free posters, pens, stickers, or napkins from the restaurant. None are safe from her grasp.

Squatting like a good Asian and reading manga

If you already didn't know this past Friday June 10th was my birthday. Another year has gone by so fast and yet I am able to fight ravages of time and stay so beautiful. I'm not sure what it is, but I do seem to age more beautifully like a black woman. She maybe 85 but still look like if she was in her 40s. They do say that black don't crack! Also someone said fat don't crack either, but that's due to all that stuff in McDonalds that must of preserved the person.

X-Men Low Class

Even she would of made the movie somewhat enjoyable. 

Just a warning that I will spoil the movie for you if you read this. So you're welcome ahead of time because this movie was so bad and boring that I have suffered in your place for you. First of all Jubilee is not a main character in this movie as you would all of loved her to be. I know I was disappointed when the most yellow thing in the movie were Kevin Bacon's old teeth. Jubilee you are my teenage dream with your short middle aged Korean lady haircut, blue dish gloves and yellow raincoat. You can shoot your sparkles into my Asian eyes anytime. But be warned when I wink my sparkles will even blind the sun. Wait, what was I suppose to do again? Oh, yeah the film was so bad I rather talk about Jubilee, my Asian sparkle shaker.

Staff Training! Richard's Angels!

Staff training for the Manga Lounge went very well and we actually had the entire staff make it! I'm glad everyone took the time to come and join us. It's good to round up the staff before the convention starts. Once it starts then it's going to get more crazy than a ho in church! This year we introduced three new staffers into the Manga Lounge family. Angela, Simpson and Kristina! They will be my new Richard's Angels.
