Thanksgiving and Black Friday

How was everyone's Thanksgiving this year?!

 I think it's my favorite holiday of the year because I get to spend time with my family and friends. PLUSSS there is always lots of good food!!! MMM..... I want some more now. I ate all my leftovers already :( I wish I took pics of the food, but my 1st instinct isn't to take pics, but to inhale all of the food. I spent Thanksgiving at my cousin's place and after dinner we set of for BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!!

This year I think was a huge bust since there was nothing I really wanted :( The only thing that was on my list was a 3ds, but they had to be stupid this year, and only have the red one on special. I HATE RED!! I'd rather get the pink one, but I hate pink too. GREEN where you at?!! COME TO ME!

Our 1st stop was at Best Buy. We got off, and walked all around to the back of the building. We waited inline for 10 minutes then left. There wasn't anything we all really wanted. Especially not enough to wait inline for 3 hours for! FORGET THAT! TO TARGET it was! MADHOUSE! still nothing good at Target either :( TO THE WESTFIELD MALL! and that was when it got batshit cray cray.....

BIG BANG CONCERT!!

You know I must like a group when I wake up before 10am to get tickets! Big Bang is finally having a concert in the US, and it will be held at the Honda Center in Anaheim. I'm so glad I live in CA where most concert will happen! Big Bang are part of YG Entertainment along with 2NE1(who's concert was awesome!) and the world famous Gangnam Style Psy! So you know it's going to be a unforgettable concert. I've been a fan for years now, and can't wait to go and see them live.

Annual Staff Dinner

This past Sat. was the annual AX staff dinner. It was good to see everyone again after AX. OPEN TACO BUFFET!!! Manga Lounge was set and ready so we were the 1st ones in the line!! YAY! MANGA LOUNGE! That buffet line was long through out the entire dinner so lucky us. Sorry no pics of the tacos because we were all too hungry. Congrats to Angie for her 1st Kudos this year! Too bad she got cramps and couldn't make it to the dinner :( curse that elevator door of the red sea! I didn't take as many pics as I wanted since my camera was all ghetto compared to everyone else :( but I still can take better pics then most ppl with my point and shoot camera.

Cotton Candy 101

I had dinner at the Golden Coral for the 1st time, and they happen to have a cotton candy machine!!! I don't really like eating it, but I do love taking pics with it. LA Fair

The fair is hot, and full of Mexicans. That was basically it. I think this is my 3rd year going, and after each time I think to myself, "Why the hell am I here?" But each year I forget, and end up going again, but at least I had some good company. I got to see my friends Thuc, and Erin who I haven't seen in a while so that was nice. I think I go for the animals at the fair!! They all look sooooo delicious!

2NE1 Concert!!!!

SUPER EXCITED!!! I finally get to see 2NE1 this Friday!!! I'm also very happy that David and Dustin will be going with me even thought they don't know the group that well. YAY! it should be a great concert. I'm not sure I'm glad that the concert is in a small venue or not, but I guess it means they will be closer to me in the audience! I hope that I don't get too cray cray at the concert. BOM, I will bring you some corn to keep your energy up!

BEACH TIME!!! I haven't been to Laguna Beach since my high school grad night.....many moons ago. It was nice to be here again after so long. I love beaches that have personality. Unlike Huntington Beach where all they have is just sand with nothing interesting near by like rock formations or a little town like Laguna has. We arrived around 3 pm and by that time the sand was so hot that you couldn't even walk on it barefoot. So we  had to make a mad dash to the water only to be engulfed by all the seaweed! There was so much seaweed covering the beach, and in the water that we couldn't even go underwater without being afraid of not coming back up.

Yay! KARA has returned with a new mini album "Pandora" KARA is one of the few K-Pop groups where I don't dislike a member. That's a miracle!

The album consists of five tracks:

5. “Pandora” (instrumental)




The video is straightforward, and lacks some magic to the myth of Pandora's box that I wished they would have incorporated into the MV. I love mythology and would of enjoyed the video more if they connected the myth into the video itself.

Weekend Food Round Up!

Soooooo much food, but sooooo very little time, and money. Here are some pics of the food from the past few weeks. There are many more, but that will be for another post. HUNGRY!! I also had homemade Spam musubis by Dustin and  an okonomiyaki by David this weekend! My camera was in the car though :( But there were both delicious! I will warn you to never... NEVER eat at Nordstrom's Cafe!! I had never tasted shuch bad pasta and pot roast. That shitty overpriced food ruined my day!! Especially when we got caught in that horrible 3 hour standstill on the 60W freeway right after.

Round 1 Get Together

The journey getting to Round 1 was no easy ordeal. David, Dustin and I got caught in that horrible 60W closure because of the shooting on the freeway. The freeway was closed down for the police to gather evidence, and of course that had us in traffic for 3 hours!!! Even I couldn't sleep for that long during a car ride. Mostly because the car wasn't moving, and rocking me to sleep. After the first hour in a dead stop I began to lose it. My anger rose to deadly levels, while my patience for ppl dropped to below normal levels of tolerance. Every person in the cars next to us was assaulted by my deadly vicious judgement! No old woman, ugly child or undocumented immigrant were safe from my wrath of boredom. I also started adding commentary to ppl as they sat in there cars with no AC! Hohoho, silly ppl. We finally escaped the torture of being in a car with nothing to do after 3 horrible boring hours.

Sarah is a LOT slower than you would think.... hahaha

 

 

HAPPY BDAY DAVID!!!

I want to wish my friend David a very HAPPY BDAY!!! Well, his bday was on the 25th, but I had to work that day :( so I wasn't in a good mood to type anything up. Now that I have the day off tomorrow I feel much better and recharged. To celebrate tomorrow we are taking a Japanese cooking class together.....and I WILL DEFEAT YOU! Hoohohooo..... I want shabu shabu now :(

I would like to thank all my staffers for this year at Manga Lounge, and to my Ass. Man. Oanh! The Lounge couldn't of been so great this year without all of you. Especially the staffers who did more than they were asked this year. So an extra thanks for the extra effort that you put in to make sure the Manga Lounge ran smoothly. I wanted to reward the staff, but they left our pallet with all the prizing at the storage :( One day......

I have so many food pics that are just on my camera!! This was another place I went to while visiting my friends David and Dustin. The place was in a food magazine that they had, and we decided to see how good it was. It was a rainy day. and the place was really crowded, but lucky us got a seat right away. They are known for their pork chop so all three of us ordered it. I was really good!! The meat was tender, and had lots of flavor. The rice was good because it wasn't overcooked and moist with the ground meat on top. The tofu was nothing special, and the green beans weren't very good though. If they just had a choice of sides to pick from it would of been even better. I would recommended it, just maybe try to ask for a different side rather than the chewy green beans.

 Rich thought to himself,"Oh, the beef. That's where it was!" The cow's mouth moved, "Climb on top and I'll take you for a magical ride!" Rich exclaimed,"I don't fall for that line anymore. Fool me three times shame on you, but fool me sixty-five times shame on me!" He said out loud while pointing at himself. "The cow let out a smooth sparkling moo, and Rich instantly appeared on the cow's back. His expression was that of a Chinese person, and the smell of baked goods filled the moist air. As they road off into the sky the cow explained what was to become of Earth's future. Apparently the world was going to be over run with little brown things that will destroy it slowly. Rich shouted, "MEXICANS!I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG!!" The cow turned and said, "No, its not them this time, it's something worse.... Oprah is getting married, and will have BABIES!" "NOOOOOOOOOO!" Rich's scream rang through out the world, he was crying for the world and the horrors that would transpire if Oprah was allowed to breed.

Alone in his room Rich stared out at the full moon that night.

Licking his lips he fell asleep dreaming of being dipped into melted cheese, breaded and deep friend till golden brown. The next morning came like a black woman after her husband who had been cheating with the milkman.

What the hell? I almost found the beef! Rich yelled to himself. School was just another worry to Rich, that and why drinking blue Hawaiian Punch makes your poop blue. It was just another unsolved mystery that couldnt be solved because it was unsolved since no one could solve it.

"Hmmm blue, blue like the sky, like the color of the liquid they pour into Maxi pad commercials, there has to be a connection to why my poop came out blue that one night" Rich shook his head, slapped a baby and took a break from that question.
Thinking too much cause him cramps, and it was a heavy flow day.

Rich didn't like school very much since he went to UCRG the University of California, Really Ghetto. They didn't even have a football team, but then who would really like to see guys piled on top of each other and get dirty? (Other than David). Rich parked, and made his way to campus. He noticed that a strange little Asian man drinking milk was staring at him. "Sweet cocoa Jesus, not another one staring at my goodies" Rich was a magnet for perverts, and large women with whips.
Getting scared, and a little aroused Rich made a run for it to the bathroom to hide, because you know that sexy things never happen there.

Disneyland Wedding!

I finally took the time to look at the videos that I shot during my aunt's wedding at Disneyland last October. If only I had a better camera!!! OOohh well, you get what you paid for, and I didn't pay much :D Congrats to my beautiful Aunt Hong, and new Uncle Adam!! I wish them all the best. I should of taken more video clips, but I didn't want to go through the whole wedding watching from the camera screen. Took a couple hours on Premiere, and worked what I had all together. It needs adjustments here and there, but I put it together fast as I could. Only thing missing from the video is me!!!! One of the few things I don't like while working behind the camera, not enough Richard. I'm like that cherry on top that makes things much better. Tee-hee! ENJOY!!!

Movie Review - The Secret World of Arrietty

Little people living under the house!!!! What?! I'd be so scared! Arrietty is a 14 yr old little "Borrower" but really she's stealing shit from under your nose. Studio Ghibli who brings some of my favorite movies such as Kiki's Deliver Service and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind adds another wonderful movie to their ranks.

I know I will have a great one! Not because I have someone, but because I have my beautiful Princess Tacos!! I decided to give each of my four girls a card, and a long steam rose. Cause you know i'm romantic and shit. lol. They all seamed to love their gifts so I was happy to be the one to give them all a smile. I just wanted to make sure they all feel special, but they should feel that way everyday! You shouldn't need a day to tell you to appreciate your significant other. All my girls are beautiful, make me laugh, and that's why they mean lots to me.

Lunar New Year Festival Round Up!

The Lunar Festival this year had a another great round up! I think I was too nervous about the cosplay fashion show this year to actually enjoy the Lunar Festival :( Nut of course I was there with good company so that helped a lot! I even got to see some faces I haven't seen in awhile like Wendy, Lucy and April! So that alone was worth the trip.

Lunar New Year Cosplay Show!!

I've been so naughty!! Sorry, I haven't updated in so long. What has happened since I last updated? Nothing much :( or things probably did happen and I forgot them by now. How was everyone's New Year? It's now year of the DRAGON!!! RAAWWRR!! Do you guys know any dragons out there? My grandma is one! She's little but will tear your ass up if you get crazy with her in the supermarket. I've been shopping with her and she don't play play! She'll knock other ppls carts out of her way with her own cart.

EXCITING NEWS!! If you haven't already heard I will be hosting with my friend Sam the cosplay fashion show this Saturday the 28th at the Riverside Lunar New Year Festival!! The festival is from 10am-6pm downtown Riverside near the Mission Inn. The fashion show will be from 3pm-4pm on the stage in front of the library so it will be hard to miss. It will be my hosting debut with Sam. I'm excited and a little nervous at the same time, but i'm looking to have fun with it also. I have Sam with me to play off so that will help lots. Plus if no one laughs I will just start telling embarrassing secrets about Sam. Mostly about his one pair of purple underwear. SOOOO many skid marks and holes....

Hopefully everything will go well and the crowd will like the show. If you want to be in the show come dressed up and ready to work the run way! I made a sexy CD for the show with lots of K-pop, J-pop, C-Pop and little bit of anime. I'll be dancing to the music on stage with Sam so dance with us I Say!!

Naughty Love Affairs!

Well apparently I do. I won't mention names, but a certain little person keep bugging me and showing me pictures of a certain mistress on their phone. I really don't want to know about your love affairs. Especially if I get nothing out of it in a sexy nature. Saying that your other isn't an honest person doesn't really make it okay for you to cheat on them. I don't have much experience with love or relationships. All I really know is that it's not as easy and fun as many make it appear to be. Most people are so conditioned to believe that the goal in life is to be tied down to one person, and make babies. Gurlll, who you kidding?! I'm not falling for that for a ghetto second. It's hard enough to keep good friends happy. There is only so much one Richard can do, and having babies isn't one of them. Though I will admit I like fat Asian babies. That's it!! but not too far because that is just sad.

I should update on more sexually funny things, but I went emo for a second. I don't even have one person let alone another one to cheat on with. :( It's only fun till your ass gets caught and then stabbed. New Years in Las Vegas!!! Part 1

New years in Vegas went great! Had lots of fun in Vegas. I haven't been there for so long that much seemed to have changed like a few new hotels and shopping areas, but I got used to it soon enough. I booked the hotel a few days before we actually decided to go to Vegas, and let's say that they jack up the prices like no one's bidness! We stayed at a little ghetto hotel a little off the strip behind Circus Circus. The usually price for a room was $30 a night, but for the new year weekend it went up to around $150 a night! Dang, Vegas you swear I have a sugardaddy paying for my dinners (I wish).

How was everyone's X-mas???

I had a very good one this year and that surprised me. Most of the past years I just spent it alone and bitter. I went to my cousin's friend's place at a farm an we ate tamales!!!! I've been craving them since Allen never saves me any tamales his grandma makes. I will juts assume she makes horrible tamales that he doesn't want me to taste since he won't bother saving me any. My tacos all ate them at his place without me too! Them bitches be out of control, and need to be punished with some hot bacon grease! But I fear they will only enjoy it and ask for more.

The next party was as the house of the owner of the Chinese food place Mr. You. I know there are a couple of the stores in Riverside and 1 here in Hemet. The little old man on the sign was at the party too. Sam wanted a pic of him, but that would be creepy asking an old man for a picture. More food was eaten at the party. I had some curry with noodles, beef sticks and ribs! Yum yum! Holidays always mean lot of food. Stayed there for a bit then head back to my Aunt's house and played with all my little cousins and all the new games they got for X-Mas. Good times! Hope you all had a good one too!
